Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://thepalaceontheboulevardeventspace.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. THE PALACE ON THE BOULEVARD EVENT SPACE reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. THE PALACE ON THE BOULEVARD EVENT SPACE provides Event Space Rental, Wedding Venue Rental, Corporate Event Hosting, Private Event Venue, Banquet Hall Rental, Wedding Reception Hall, Event Venue Rental, Corporate Meeting Space and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. THE PALACE ON THE BOULEVARD EVENT SPACE (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. THE PALACE ON THE BOULEVARD EVENT SPACE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of THE PALACE ON THE BOULEVARD EVENT SPACE arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify THE PALACE ON THE BOULEVARD EVENT SPACE from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
